Nominations Now Open for Leaders 2022

To be a Breakthrough Leader in 2022, individuals can nominate others or themselves.

The programme is open now to TV professionals who identify as Black, Asian, or an Ethnic minority, from across scripted and non-scripted and in all types of roles, providing they have 8 years + experience. This year are we are particularly keen to hear from those working in Production management.

Nominations close on the 14th January 2022 and the selected 50 will be announced in February 2022.

Those selected will be partnered with a leading industry figure of their choice who will provide mentorship, as well as a top industry coach who’ll work with them to identify the individual support they need, whether that is extending their contacts, raising their profile or banishing any self-limiting beliefs.

Being part of the programme gave me the confidence and incentive to start applying for jobs in the area I wanted to progress into. I really do not think I would have got the Commissioning Exec job had I not been part of the programme. I would not have even applied for it. I’d have just taken another producer contract.
