Representing the very best talent, our selected Breakthrough Leaders were chosen from over 400 nominations by industry peers. The group of middle to senior level professionals from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, have been highlighted as key future leaders that will help shape and redefine leadership in the TV industry and act as a proactive catalyst for positive change.

Throughout the year, our 50 Breakthrough Leaders have been partnered with a leading industry figure of their choice, who will provide them mentorship, career guidance and support with extending the leader’s contacts and raising their profile.

A series of masterclasses delivered by top industry talent including Channel 5’s Ben Frow, BBC’s Fiona Campbell, Channel 4’s Alex Mahon, ITV’s Nana Hughes  and Angela Jain as well as Netflix’s Kate Townsend and Anne Menssah.

They also have access to their choice of a leading industry coach who will work with our leaders to access their excellence, advance personal performance, and banish self-limiting beliefs.
