With a BA in Cultural & Social Development and with over fifteen years’ experience working in TV production and media recruitment Audrey’s interest has always been in people and their potential.
As a Certified Coach Audrey has spent her time building connections with others, motivating them and strengthening the talents they possess and helping them find the confidence to move forward.
Her inspiration came from speaking to hundreds of talented people who were either on their path, needed to find their path or who needed help with creating a clear vision.
Next to her private practice, she has worked for Spark inside, facilitating group workshops and coaching in prisons, for young males, who want to create a crime-free future.
She is also a huge advocate of changing the perception of mental health in the workplace, working as a Sanctus Coach within a variety of companies & start-ups, creating a safe space for people to talk about mental health issues within the workplace.
Audrey works alongside her clients coaching them through different goals whether they are in their professional or personal life. From getting back on track, building confidence to keeping accountable while setting up business. She supports them to declutter their mind, find clarity and move forward.
Currently studying for a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she utilizes the importance of understanding our mindset when analyzing how someone perceives their life, career, and how self-awareness is key to progression.
