Overview and Experience
Amy has worked across factual broadcasting for the last twenty five years. She was Head of the Documentary Unit at BBC Studios running teams across five bases with award-winning output in documentary, crime, history, arts and live. Prior to that, she was Creative Director at Expectation and Deputy Head of Factual at C4, commissioning a broad range of distinctive programmes ranging from 24 Hours in Police Custody, Hunted, The Murder Detectives and the Romanians are Coming. Her own programme credits include the first series of 24 Hours in A&E, Bedlam, the Victorian Sex Explorer, Superkids: Breaking Away from Care, Feltham Sings and Faking It.
