Sandra Smith left Tenable producer Initial to become Director of production at the indie’s parent, Banijay UK. Smith became a member of Banijay UK’s senior management team and works alongside label department heads and production chiefs on best working practices, focusing primarily on unscripted. She also takes up head of production duties at Banijay UK’s smaller labels, such as Douglas Road Productions and Definitely.
